A short, plain account of what this website and the VisualOps product do with personal data. Last updated 7 October 2026.

This website

  • There are no cookies, analytics, advertising tags or trackers on this site.
  • The demo form does not send or store anything on this site. It opens an email in your own mail app. If you email us, we receive what you choose to send and use it only to reply and to arrange a demo.
  • Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Your browser contacts Google's servers to fetch them, which shares your IP address and browser details with Google.
  • The site is served through a content delivery network, which keeps short-lived technical logs such as IP addresses to run and protect the service.
  • Camera views on this site are drawings, not real footage of any person or place.

The VisualOps product

  • Video is processed on the customer's premises. Cloud components are hosted in India.
  • No face recognition by default. Faces can be blurred in exported clips.
  • Where the customer turns on ANPR, number plates are read at their gates and matched against the customer's own lists, such as staff vehicles, visitor passes or watchlists.
  • Every search and export is logged with the user and the reason, so the customer can see who looked at what.
  • For footage, the customer decides what is recorded and how long it is kept. VisualOps processes it on the customer's behalf. We designed the product with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 in mind. This is not a certification.

Your rights and contact

To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email [email protected]. If you appear in a customer's footage, the customer that runs the cameras is the right first contact, and we will help them answer you.
